As you will recall, two members of my staff visited your facility on May 10-11.
1979 to discuss with you the contents of the " Comprehensive Evaluation Report on the Texas Instruments Plant at Attleboro, Massachusetts, April 1979."
Based upon these discussions, it is my understanding that following the evalua-tion you initiated action responsive to all of the recommendations contained in Section 4.2.1 of the evaluation report. -It is my further understanding that actions involving changes to your procedures are scheduled for completion by June 30,1979, and that actions involving acquisition of equipment may require addi tional time.
Please provide rce with a written description of all of the actions you have taken and are taking in response to the report recommendations along with a schedule for their completion. The Office of Inspection and Enforcement intends to confirm the satisfactory resolution of all items which are iden-tified in the report as requiring action.
