Thank you for your letter of February 6,1981, in resporse to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated January 15, 1981.
As a result uf our review, we find that additional information as discussed with you by telechone on February 23, 1981, is needed.
Relative to your letter of February 6,1981, no mention was made as to what corrective steps would be taken to avoid any further violations. We also noted that your written reply to said Notice of Violation was not submitted under oath or affirmation as origially requested in the last paragraph of the above mentioned Notice of Violation and as required under the authority of Section 182 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Please provide us with said affirmation or oath on all replios applicable to items eutlined in the Notice of Violation such that this requirement can be satisfied.
You should submit the above requested information within 10 days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
