STATEMENT OF DANIEL STOUT

My name is Daniel Stout. I am the Director, Nuclear Technology Innovation, for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). I have overall responsibility for the development of the Clinch River Nuclear (CRN) Site Early Site Permit Application (ESPA) and other State and Federal permits and approvals. My business address is 1101 Market Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402.

During audit discussions with TVA, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff observed non-public information, such as detailed calculations, but the NRC staffs audit summaries and all TVA application supplements were made available to the public.
