DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED RECORDS:

Any materials related to an investigation by NRC into Holtec International that was opened after Garcia Richard accused Holtec of making statements that "mislead federal regulators and the public alike" regarding Holtec's proposed consolidated interim storage facility in Lea County, New Mexico, as well as the results of that investigation by NRC PART I. -- INFORMATION RELEASED D The NRC has made some, or all, of the requested records publicly available through one or more of the following means: (1) https://

Nonetheless, we tasked the Offices of the Secretary (SECY), Enforcement (OE), Office of Investigations (01),

and Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS) to conduct a search for any responsive records to your request. No records were located.
