TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITYS POST-HEARING SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Pursuant to the Scheduling Order issued on July 31, 2019, and subsequent to the mandatory hearing on August 14, 2019, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) seeks to clarify the type of information provided to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff subsequent to audit discussions. Exhibit TVA-016, Statement of Daniel Stout, is filed simultaneously for this purpose and incorporated by reference herein. TVA consulted with the NRC staff, and the staff have no objection to admitting this new exhibit into the record.

STATEMENT OF DANIEL STOUT
- 1. My name is Daniel Stout. I am the Director, Nuclear Technology Innovation, for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). I have overall responsibility for the development of the Clinch River Nuclear (CRN) Site Early Site Permit Application (ESPA) and other State and Federal permits and approvals. My business address is 1101 Market Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402.
- 2. During audit discussions with TVA, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff observed non-public information, such as detailed calculations, but the NRC staffs audit summaries and all TVA application supplements were made available to the public.
