TRAINING: No special training is required for any documents issued with this Change Notice.
REMARKS: IMC 0611, Power Reactor Inspection Reports, has been revised to indicate that Security inspection reports may be made public when completely devoid of any security-related information, site or generic vulnerabilities, or findings. Added direction to submit approved and finalized inspection reports in MS Word to the Document Processing Center to preserve word search-ability in the official agency record. Added direction to document the reason why no performance deficiency or violation was identified during an LER review, when applicable.
Made other minor editorial changes to align report formatting with the RPS-Inspections auto-report generator application.
