Please make the revision.- indicated in the enclosure to this letter and return six copies to this office within 30 days.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of FeDruary 15m]979 con-tains information of a type speciff sd in 10 CFR 2.790(d;. Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and :; hall be subject to disclosure only in accordarce with the pro-visions of 10 CFR 9.12.

ENCLOSURE Comments on Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan Page 3, Off-The-Job Study and Examination Please describe the initial examination and requalification examination and their passing scores which are used to demonstrate that all security p'ersonnel are properly trained to execute assigned duties.
Page 5, Personnel Eouiccing Since Section 5 A of Appendix B does not require specific equipment, it will be necessary for you to identify equipment used ~oy the guards and that which is available to them in the performance of their assigned duties.
Page 5, Qualification-Requali fication Curriculum Plea'se confirm that all guards are required to study the subjects listed in blocks A, B and C and will also be recertified in these at least every 12 months.
Page 8, Block C - Weapon Training Subjects
.This section should state which weapons will be combat fired during the day and night and which weapons will be fired for night familiarization.
Please provide a description of the nationally recognized course of fire used for the.38 caliber and semiautomatic rifle.
Physical Recuali fication This section should be added to insure that security personnel. are medically recertified at '. east every 12 months.
Documentation This section should be added to include ali employment suitability criteria, physical examination qualification and requalification documentation, classroom training scores, and weapon qualification and requalification certification.

. In addition to the foregoing revisions, your concluding paragraph on Page 10 must be revised to include a definite schedule showing how all security per-sonnel will be qualified within two years after your submittal is approved.
