Amendment No.18 to License SNM-1227 was issued on June 8,1979, in response to your May 18, 1979 application for amendment. An amendment fee of $1400 was paid for the request.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendtrent, and the actual review fee is $150.
