Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOL'. TION Co=renwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-10 Docket No. 50-237 Docket No. 50-249 Based on the inspection conducted on March 26-28, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncocpliance with NR2 require =ents, as noted below.
This ite= is an infraction.
Section 6.1.E of the Units 1, 2 and 3 Technical Specification requires, in part, that fire brigade training sessions shall be held at least quarterly.
Contrary to the above, fire brigade training sessions were not conducted for the second and fourth quarters of 1978.
