RE: Letter dated May 1, 1979 from F. L.
Clayton, Jr. to A. Schwencer On May 1, 1979 Alabama Power Company mailed its Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit No. 1 Inservice Testit.g Program to Mr. A. Schwencer under the provisions of 10CFR50.55a(g), which states it shall be ravised at each 20-month interval of plant operation.
Alabama Power Company was notified by Mrs. Diggs, NRC, that a fee was required for review. Ther-fore, Alabama Power Company submits a check for $4,000.00 in accordance with ICCFR170.22.
The approval is considere Class II because it involves only a single safety issue and is deemed not to. colve a significant hazards consideration.
