The NRC Staff does not intend to file a formal response to the Potomac Alliance's May 21, 1979 motion to reschedule the hearing in this matter yet notes that a prehearing conference is not required under 10 CFR 62.752 in license amendment proceedings and may prove unnecessary herein. The NRC Staff advocates adoption of the hearing schedule proposed in its
" Motion to Reschedule Hearing," dated May 15, 1979.
