The ship. ing activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, re; air, and use. All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modificatica) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations f rom package suppliers that tuse activities were conducted in accordance with an tRC-approved CA program. It shall remain the responsibility of the
