The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, l
assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-i cations from package suppliers ; hat these activities were conducted in accordance with an IRC approved G; program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR s71.51.
