We have received your letter of June 29, 1979, and its enclosure which requested that Georgia Power Company submit by July 30, 1979, responses to the enclosure entitled "Information Required to Review Corporate Capabilities".
Due to the extent of the information requested in the subject enclosure, we believe that, in order to respond accurately and completely, we will require until August 31, 1979, to prepare and submit this information. Our representa-tives telephoned your Mr. Frederick R. Allenspach on July 16,1979, and indicated to Mr. Allenspach that we will require an extension of time. We request that you concur with our proposed submittal date.
