Due to the extent of the information requested in the subject enclosure, we believe that, in order to respond accurately and completely, we will require until August 31, 1979, to prepare and submit this information. Our representa-tives telephoned your Mr. Frederick R. Allenspach on July 16,1979, and indicated to Mr. Allenspach that we will require an extension of time.
