The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use. All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assa.bly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cat'ons from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance f

w'oh an NRC-aporoved QA program.

It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
