'N g g, REPORT OF TUGCO, et al., - JUNE, 1979 Pursuant to the direction of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Eaard during the Spec - 1 Prehearing Conference on June 21, 1978 (Tr. 124-125) in South Texas, and during the conferences in Comanche Peak and South Texas on December 5, 1978 (Tr. 79-90), TUGCO submits this report on discovery during the month of June, 1979.
During the month, TUGCO and Houston Lighting &
Power Co. applied jointly for a number of subpoenas for depositions and for production of documents which were duly issued.
TUGCO directed its first set of interrogatories and requests for production of documents to Tex-La.
TUGCO is still working on supplemer tal responses to Central Power and Light's interrogatories and requests for production; TUGCO's Dallas counsel has been in communication with counsel for Central Power and Light regarding schedule 4l54 307 79072600\\Y problems and the supplements are expected to be compl ;ed in the near future.
TUGCO has provided a list of privileged documents to the NRC Staff pursuant to an informal 'equest and at the end of the month expected to respond to informal miscell1.neous requests of the Department early in July.
Arrangements, including the protective agreement, have now been completed for Brotinsville to inspect additional documents in Dallas at a future date to be mutually agreed upon.
