The Draf t Environmental Statement was prepared by my staff in accordance with the statement of 9neral policy and procedure on implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as set forth in the Commission's regulations,10 CFR Part 51. The statement has today been sent to the Enviror1 ental Protection Agency and notice of its avail-ability is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publicatic,.
romments will be due within 60 days after publication in the Federai _ gister of the Environmental Protection Agency's listing notifying the puelic r,f issuance of the impact statement.
Note in particular the reference to GSA in Section 4.1.4.
