LER 79-022/03L-0, LER 79- 024/03L-0, and LER 79-027/03L-0 are forwarded herewith, with three (3) copies each, in accordance with FNP Technical Specification 6.9 to provide thirty (30) day written notification of the occurrences.

LER 79-027/03L-0 is being submitted late due to the inadvertent routing of the incident report and LCO status sheet to an individual not responsible for LER preparation.

To prevent late submittels, LCO status sheets are now routed directly tc the individual responsible for preparation of LER's.
