PAGE 2 of 2 PAGES XSNM00937 Anendment No. 03 EXPORT LICENSE CONDITIONS License Condition 10 For any series of shipments in which the amount of highly enriched uranium (HEU) is less than the quan-tity requiring protection in transit under 10 CFR 73.30, the licensee shall confinn the shipment is on board a vessel which has left U.S. jurisdiction and passed into international waters before releas-ing a subsequent shipment.

License Condition 11 The licensee shall assure that arrangements have been made for the consignee to pick up the shipment as soon as it reaches port in Japan.

License Condition 12 The licensee shall designate an individual who shall be responsible for tracking the status of each ship-ment at location: where shipment is transferred from 1

one carrier to ano;her or from one made of transport to another from point of origin in the U.S. to deliv-ery to the first Consignee at port of rdoading in countrr af destination. The individua also shall deter n ne if the shipment has arrived and departed according to a planned schedule or detennine the reason for any delay.
