Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-239 Fire Prctection Program By letter of Decenter 23,1978 (GQL 2070), Met-Ed ec.=itted to submit a conceptual design of an alternste shutdown station for T:C-1 by July 31, 1979.
By letter of Septenber 29, 1978 (GqL 1585),
Met-Ed proposed the end of the 1981 refueling outage as the implementation date for the alternate shutdown staticn.
As a result of the " arch 28, 1979 accident at TE-2, the desi.=
of the alternate shutdown station is being revised. Consequently, Met-Ed will sutrit the design for your review by September 30, 1979 Our proposed implementation date, for which Met-Ed seeks :EC's approval, remains unchanged.
