Evaluttion of IE Bulletin 79-04 AECM-79/53 We have completed our review of IE Bulletin 79-04 entitled " Incorrect Weights for Swing Check Valves Manufactured by Velan Engineering Corporation".

We have found that this type of valve was not purchased from Velan Engineering Corporation for use on the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. Based on this finding, we are planning no further action in response to this bulletin.
