Dear Ms. Weiss:
This is in partial response to your letter dated May 4,1979, in wnich you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Informatior Act, documents and other records produced by the Inspection and Enforcement staff or its agents.
The enclosed report, " Title List-Publicly Available Documents-Three Mile Island Unit 2-Docket 50-320" and the attached printouts identify those records subject to your request on the Unit 2 Reactor which have been disclosed publicly as of June 20, 1979.
These records have been placed in Docket File 50-320 at the fiRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, ii.W., Washington, D.C. 20555 where tily are available for public inspection and copying.
The charge for reproducing these records is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Copies can be obtain d by writing directly to the PDR. You will be billed directly by the PDR Reproduction Contractor, Potomac Research, Inc.
With respect to item 1 of ycur request, the records originated by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement and fiRC Region Offices are identified in the index on pages 133 to 136.
With respect to item 2, documents thus far disclosed are centained in PDR F0I A file 79-184, "J. Rutland."
Within a few days ycu will be advised of those rccords which are being
