Operating License :To: SE -1 : DPR-50 ; DE-2 : LPR-73 Docket :To: DE-1 : 50-269; DC-2: 50-320 on June 7, 1979, we received IE Bulletin 79-OlA.
It was requested that we respond to this bulletin at the same time ve respond to IE Bulletin 79 -01.
Our response to IE Bulletin 79-01 has already been sent to you and was due on June 12, 1979 Because the thorough review requested by IE Bulletin 79-01A could not be performed in the three working days allowed, Mr. Lengel of my staff contacted Mr. :Tochoin of your staff, en June 12, 1979 During their conversation, it was agreed that an extension could be granted, and that ou-response to IE Bulletin 79-01A could be delayed by approximately one conth.
Therefore, please be advised that Met-Ed vill respond to the subject IE Bulletin for T'4I-l by July 12, 1979 Due to the present circunstances at DE-2, 'det-Ed vill respcnd to IE Eulletin 79-01A for that unit prior to returning it to power operation.
