=,~\\}V This letter is submitted as documentation of the information given to your Mr. R. Odegaarden by our Mr. T. Congedo in a telephone conversation on May 24, 1979, in response to your letter of May 8,1979, concerning the consolidated application for renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 4949 for Model No.
UNC-1484.
Pennsylvania operations has no UNC-1484 packages on site, and they had ban used only when material had been sent to United Nuclear Corporation (Wood River Junction) for scrap recovery.
Because of this discontinued use, Pennsylvania Operations does not need to remain an authorized user of UNC-1484, and our participation in the proposed consolidated applica. ion of Certificate of Compliance No. 4949 will not be necessary.
