This is in partial response to your letter dated April 13, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all daily release rate data for all gaseous and liquid radioactive isotopes for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Cunerating Statica.
The enclosed report, "Ti tle List-Publicly Available Documents-Three Mile Island Unit 2-Docket E0-320" and the attached printouts identify those records subject to your request on the Unit 2 Reactor which have been disclosed publicly as of June 20, 1979.
These records have been placed in Docket file 50-320 at the NRC Public Docun ent Room (PCR),1717 H Street, N.U., Washington, D.C. 205551.here they are available for public inspection and copying.
The charge for reproducing these records is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Cor..mi s s i on 's regul a t i ons.
Copies can be obtained by writing directly to the PDR.
You will be billed directly by the PCR Reproduction Contractor, Potomac Research, Inc.
