VEPCO'S ANSWER TO CEF MOTION FOR CONSOLIDATION The Citizens' Energy Forum, Inc. (CEF) has filed a motion asking the Board to order that the presentations of CEF and the Potomac Alliance be consolidated for the remain-der of this proceeding.
The Virginia Electric and Power Cocoany does not oppose this motion.
Vepco does, however, reserve the right to oppose any future motions by the in-tervenors that =ay be necessitated by their consolidation, particularly if the granting of such future motions appears likely to delay this proceeding.
