NRC STAFF'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Pursuant to this Board's Order of May 2,1979, the Staff's Proposed Partial Findings of Fact are currently due in tne captiuned proceeding on July 11, 1979. However, the undersigned is in receipt of a memorandum from the licensing project manager for this application advising that currently, none of the members of the technical staff whose participation is necessary in order to review the Applicant's Pnposed Findings and assirt in tne preparation of Staff Proposed 1

Findings are available, due to their priority responsibilities arising' from the Three Mile Island incident.

Further, the undersigned has been advised that it will be at least several weeks before these St:iff members will be available for any activities relating to this application.

Therefore, the Staff respectfully moves for a thirty day extension of ;ime, until August 10, 1979, in which to file its Proposed Partial Findings of Fact in this matter.
