Condition 3 - This hcense covers only the iiuclear content of the matencl.
Condition 4 - The matenol to be exported under this license shc0 be shipped in accordance won the pnysical pictection recuirements for special r,uclear matenal in 10 CFR 73.
l Condition 5 - Special nuclear matenal authonzed for export under this l cense shall not be nsncrted outside the United Stoics n passenger carrying aircroft shipments in
'erhng (1) 20 grams or 20 ctnes, whichever is less, of plutonium or uranium
, or (2) 250 grams of uranium 235.

Condition 7 - The hsensee shat! complete and submit an NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source n :ter:c! exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The hcens, e shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designe-tien of the company v.ho will package the nuclect matenal to be exported under this hcense, cr any change in the locction of the packaging operation, at least three weeks poor to the scheduled date of export.
