Welds which are determined to require alternate surf ace examination during the conduct of inservice examinations will be included in this tabulation.

Volumetric Examination of pressure-Retaining Longitudinal Welds in Piping, Examination Category B-J Basis for Relief:

There is one RHR longitudinal pipe weld (adjoining circumferential weld DRHR-3-13) and one main steam longitudinal pipe veld (adjoining circumferential weld GMS-3-2) which are part ially inaccessible for intervice examination. These eelds are located inside containment penetrations. Approximate 1:.

6 inches of the RHR weld and 2 inches of the main steam weld are accessible for inservice examination.

In addition, there is one main steam longitudinal pipe weld (adjoining circunferential welds GMS-3-3 and KMS-3-1) which is located under a pe rmanen t restraint (see Request for Relief ISI-7),

Approximately 6 inches of this weld is accessible f or inservice examination.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testine Program Request for Relief H-11 is withdrawn.
