Due to the involvement of suppliers in reworkinc flood damage equicment, it is not possible to accurately deternine hen all work will be comple~ed.
A tarcet date of Januarj 1, 1980 has been established; but, until arrangements with supplier ; are complete, the likelihood of meet'.g this schedule is unknown. When all equipment nas been re,
