Inspection of Vallecitos fluclear Center This refers to an inspection conducted by tir. W. J. Cooley of this office on April 24-30, 1979, of activities authorized under NRC License t'o. St:M-960 cnd to the discussion of the findings held with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and obser-vations by the inspector.

If this report contains any information that you belipve to be proprietary, it is necessary that you submit a written application to this office, within 20 days of the date of this Stter, requesting that such information be withheld from public disclosure.

The application must include a full statemer.t of the reasons why it is claimed that the information is proprietary.
