Dear Mr. McCorkle:
This letter is to confirm my conversation with Charles Hillman of your office concerning the sub-mission of training programs for personnel utilized for 10 CFR 73 type shipments.
Trans uclear, Inc. and Tri-State Motor Transit are in the process of completing their respective training programs.
It is currently planned that these documents will be submitted to your office on er be-fore 2 July 1979.
It is our understanding that since IJRC is aware of the training level of the Tri-State personnel, security shipments may be performed until 2 July 1979 by the Transnuclear/ Tri-State combination absent sub-mitted training plans.
After that date plans must have been submitted to continue shipments.
