B-45 AMENDMENT NO. 8 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. B-45, between Virginia Electre ana Power Company, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 11, 1970, as amended, is he'reby further amended as follows:
The amount "$125,000,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$140,000,000" is substituted therefor.

The amount "$28,125,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$31,500,000" is substituted therefor:
