In accordance with the authority of Title 10 Part 50.54 (p)
Code of Federal Regulations certain t'inor changes have been made to the Commission approved Secarity Plan for the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
Thase changes, which do not decrease the effectiveness of security at Ginna Station, pertain to the adiainistrative controls for distribution of manual vital area keys to on-duty operations personnel.
Enclosed for your records are five copies of revised page 5:12 of the Ginna Station Security Plan. Those sections of this page that have been changed mre denoted by the numeral eight appearing in the right hand margin.
