The attached pages from a set of Plant Operating Procedures from Palisades is interesting in that it cautions the operators not to add feedwater to
'Ihe Committee has a dry steam generator except in a extreme emergency.
heard several statements following 'IMI-2 indicating that water addition to a dry steam generator is all right. The number of such transients wt.ich are acceptable might be explored.
Also note that the operators are instructed to isolate leaks if they know
