With respect to all six substantive affidavits filed by the Staff in support of its summary disposition motion with respect to NRDC, please identify and provide a copy of all documents and analyses in the possession of the Staff which relate to each and every statemert contained in those affidavits which are underlined in the attached copies of the af fidavits.*
2.
Describe in detail how the affidavits were prepared.
In particular, explain who actually wrote each part of each affidavit, who reviewed it and who prepared any drafts.
Also explain in detail the role of each affiant in a two-person affidavit, identifying which affiant is primarily responsible for each part of the af fidavit and the contribution if any of the other affiant to that part.
