This refers to the survey conducted by fir. D. G. Anderson of this of fice on flarch 19-23, 1979, covering selected activities associated with your administration of the AS!1E Code Stamp System and to the discussions af our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the survey.
The areas examined are discussed in the enclosed survey report.
Within these areas, the survey consisted of an exanination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the Comission's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Fei ^al Regulations, a copy of this letter together with the enclosed st.ey report will be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room located a;.1717 H. Street, Washington, D. C.
