This refers to the inspection conducted oy Mr. Mustain of this office on June 6, 1979, of the activities authori. zed by fiRC Special fluclear Material License t!o.
Stim-1373, and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Mustain with Dr. Albert Wilson and Mr. Gerald Ramsey on June 6,1979.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinaticns of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, and observations by the inspector.
tio itens of noncompliance with fiRC requirements were found durin9 the inspection.
Mr. Mustain also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to three items of noncompliance observed during our previous inspection, which was conducted July 14, 1976.
He verified %at the corrective action with respect to these items was implemented as stated in your reply of August 13, 1976, to our letter dated July 28, 1976.
