This report is submitted in accordance with your instructions of Septemoer 16, 1977 and Mr. C. F. Riederer's supplementary instructions of Septerrber 29, 1978, and reflects the accounting action taken by Wisconsin Electric as a result of the Comission's order of March 2,1979, in Cocket CA-5491.

Please note that as requested in Mr. Riederer's letters of May 22 and June 8,1979, we have removedThis from Exhibit Unit C the Unit 2 enrichment 2 enrichment prepayment was prepayment in the amount of $3,270,300.

trcasf0rred from the Haven capital account to Account 18c , Deferred Debits, in March 1979 as a result of the Commission's March 2,1979 order.
