Assigned as Environmental Shif t Leader f or the times and dates noted in 1 above. Principal responsibilities of this position consisted of:
a.
Coordinating all NRC:IE environmental monitoring efforts at the TMI site.
b.
Coordinating the initiation of ARMS flights to ensure maximum effectiveness from this monitoring capability.
c.
Maintain the shift log and record all significant information.
d.
Evaluate on a continuou-basis the current environmental situation and initiate action as appropriate.
3.
Comments on Licensee Ocerations:
Licensee operations were slow, lacked direction and hampered effective administration of the environmental effort.
