REPORT OF ACTIVITIES AT THREE MILE ISLAND I was at Harrisburg from March 30 to April 4; Apr.'.1 11 to April 25, and May 11 to May 16, 1979.
All of the referenced ti=es were spent in the IE trailer coordinating and directi'g operations inspectors activities on the 1600-2400 hour shifts with other NRC divisions NRC,HQ and the licensee.
This involved working with Bob Warnick in developing a preliminary sequence of events of the accident, reviewing procedures, collecting data and information and coc=unicating this to other require'd parties, evaluating licensee actions, and witnessing activities such as filter changeout, ' :ay heat syste= hydros, etc.
