Procedures for Review.
As a starting point, the usual procedures in Part 9 of the regulations should be used.
Decisiens to withhcid or release staff-level documents are r.ade by cognicant staff offices, subject to appeal to the EDO.
Cottission office papers are reviewed by Cottission offices, subject to appeal to the Commission itself.
'dhere the office director is concerned that particular documents may, if released at this time, significantly inpair the Connission's investigation of TMI, the director may seek the advice of the Comnission's investiga: cry staff, when named, or before such staff is assettled, the Director of OIA.
