!1ay 18,1979 R. F. Fraley PRESS FACILITIES FCR HARRIS 3URG SUSCOW1ITTEE r,EET1!.0, JUNE 6, 7, 1979 On 17, iby 1979 about 4:45 P.f!. I received a cali frca Mr. Josen",
of the Pann State University.
He ca' led tc incuire if we vould like the sp2cial press f acilities (phcnes, teletcoiers, etc. ) instelled for the Presidential (Kereny) Cornission to ra..lir in ricce throom. cur meci.ing (ACRS TI Subcornittee) cn June 6 and 7, in the Penn State Auditorium.
He pointed out that a considerable sa /in'; would ';e in-volved if the equiprent did not have to be reinstalled two weeks after it was removed.
I told him that aside frcn a table and a few handouts, we raral." pro-vided any special press facilities for our meatings but I agr:ed to confira this and call him back the next ccrning, after consulting uth Public Affairs (J. Fouchard's affice).
Ca May 18 I talked with Frank Incram of Public Affairs.
He felt our reeting would not draw enough attention fren the press to warrant our providing any sp3cial facilities of the nacure described.
I called Mr. Onceph's office and advised them that we did not need the special equipacnt and faci!ities.
