N Q QS' On March 4, 1979, the Licensee in the referenced proceeding filed a motion for an order compelling Consolidated Intervenors and Nina Bell to respond so the Licensee's second set of interrogatories.
Since this motion irvolves discovery between the Licensee and the Consolidated Intervenors, the Staff takes no position on the raatter and does not intend to file any further response with regard to the motion.
