fluclear llon-Proliferation Act, that the flRC has not comoleted licensing action on your export license application XS!P1013: for low-enriched uranium fuel to India for use in the Tarapur fluclear Power Station.

Executive Branch views on this application were received on flaren 29, 1979. These views were forwarded to the Commission on April 24 with a staff recommendation that action on XSmiOl379 be deferred pending clarification from the Executive Branch of recent develop-ments bearing on this export.
In connection with obtaining this clarification, the Commission has forwarded to the Executive Branch additional questions concerning the proposed export.
In response to your request, the questions are attached for your information.
i Please be assured that we will endeavor to expedite your application to the extent possible once all questions related to this proposed export have been adequately resolved.
