B, and was submitted to the NRC in the Salem Generating Station FSAR Ap-pendix D.

It was initially approved by the NRC on August 13, 1976 as a part of the issuance of our Operating License DPR-70 and has been subsequently amended in accordance with NRC regu-lations.

This Qualit; Assurance Program will be applied to our procedures for radwaste management, to comply with the require-ments of 10CFR 71.51.
