This refers to your letter of May 16,.979, notifying us of your intended use of the 11-55 under the general license provisions of 671.12(b) of 10 CFR Pa rt 71.
Please note that Section 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 71 vras amended October 18, 1977 to require as a condition of the general license provisions an approved quality assurance (QA) program.
In that you did not file a QA program by January 1,1979, the authorization to deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport under Section 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 71 has terminated.
It will be necessary for you to obtain an approved QA program prior to the registration as a package user or the delivery of licensed material to a carrier for transport pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71.
