Dear Professor Etheredge:
This is in response to your letter dated April 15, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the freedom of Information Act, all public statements and testimony by NRC officials and transcripts relating to NRC's response to the Three Mile Island Unit 2 incident.
The enclosed report, " Title List-Available Documents-Three Mile Island Unit 2-Docket 50-320" and the attached printouts identify those records subject to your request on the Unit 2 Reactor which have been disclosed publicly as of June 20, 1979.
These records have been placed in Docket File 50-320 at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. 20555 where.they are available for prblic inspection and copying.
The charge for reproducing these records is eight cents
($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Copies can be obtained by writing directly to the PDR. You will be billed directly by the PDR Reproduction Contractor, Potomac Research, Inc.
The records subject to your request are contained in the post-incident section of the report and the printouts.
Specific reference should be made to category T (pp. 115-116).
