?ursuant to our conversation of today, I am forwarding a telegram from two members of the Board of Directors of Sacramento Municipal Utility District addressed to Harold Denton v.hich requests a hearing on Rancho Seco, as provided for in the
- o nission's Order of May 7, 1979. Since the original Order was assued by the Comission, requests for hearing in response to it tl culd also be addressed to the Comission or its Secretary. The 3caff will address the merits of the request in a pleading to be filed with the Comissicn later this week.
