In accordance with your request of May 1,1979, I am forwarding to you a copy of the transcript page in the joint Skagit and Pebble Springs need for power proceedings in which Chairman James Yore of the Pebble Springs Licensing Board granted the application for a subpoena duces tecum for Robert II. Murray.
The application for subpoena was filed by William L. Hallmark, Esq. on August 18, 1976 and granted orally on the record the same day. A search of NRC records has indicated that the oral grant of the application for subpeena was never confirmed by a written Board order.
